We are travellers in all parts of Asia for over 15 years.
Not very often does an overseas stay exceed all our and advertised expectations. What a fabulous resort to stay in. The resort is in Kuta and is surrounded by a great range of sports bars, excellent diverse restaurants and a great street and shopping mall. Across the road there is also a good range of secured bank outlets. This fabulous resort is right in the middle of a great area. During our stay, I would constantly say to my husband …this place is breathtaking…from the grand open foyer to the huge hallways, large rooms and enchanting, lush gardens, beautiful pools, and great beach views. The staff are exceptionally well trained and always displayed excellent communication skills. They are in all areas of the resort very efficient. The resort is extremely clean and maintain to a great standard. The breakfast was plentiful and a great selection each day. I was constantly amazed that the very friendly staff were excellent in remembering all the traveller’s names. The front reception staff also were very efficient and switched on. Excellent service. The gardens leading to 3 pools and resort restaurants were amazing…. beautiful. The view from the beach view pool and restaurant of the sea and sunset is breathtaking. The street restaurants also owned by the resort were excellent. Staff and food. We would highly recommend this resort.
